The Dream Still Lives

A Generation Brought Forth

Sixty years ago an historical event served as the mission control for the unquenchable flame that would burn throughout the United States of America. The vehemence of the embers are yet being stirred within the hearts of the American people; within the nation’s borders at all corners.

Today, burning as brilliantly and passionately as once before, the dream, i.e., the flame is alive and verity and surety. A generation before, birthed the sound and the prescription along with it. A sound and prescription that seeded times and seasons and the hearts of men then, and continues to seed.

A generation was brought forth from the loins of the bold and the brave who stand for justice at all costs for all people as it is constitutionally decreed.

And that generation, which was brought forth from the laborious hope and movement of its predecessors, must carry the embers from that remaining flame causing the hottest portion of its stead to reactivate the diligence of times past yet create the enormity and newness of today and tomorrow with that first flame at the edge of our frontal lobes.

Nevertheless, we face a conundrum…[with] gapping holes in the crevices of this new generation’s understanding.

Nevertheless, at this juncture, we face a conundrum. There are gapping holes in the crevices of the now and new generation’s understanding whereby they are incapable of resolving and quenching what was with what should not have been from what was and is and should be. Has there been any morsel of improvement summiting beyond our forefathers’ nightmares? The blind proudly proclaim their blindness while protesting against the monstrosities buried beneath the soil’s core that frequent the hollow shrieks of writhing and pain for their neighbors. The self-justified – those who relish in the comfort of ancestral maltreatment that must be righted – fatuously harbor vitriol, averting reconciliation from the pressure of facilitating centuries of hurt.

Today, the fight isn’t for one people. We face a plight that isn’t for an injustice organized against one culture. Now, the United States must unveil that which has covered her head – that which has deterred and impeded a nation for centuries. The American people within the U.S. domain must ascertain justice and pursue its assimilation.

Liberty and Justice for All! These words flow freely, often without recognition or clarity, from the lips of the American people. The plastering of this statement across the nation aims to serve as if it’s a method of compliance – or even a shadow of which we have agreed to comply i.e., abiding by the standard. Yet, is it so?

Liberty and Justice for All

While natives (First Nations peoples) are measured with scorn and weighed with discord on either side of the metaphorical bridge that connects two nations. Their unparalleled reddish-brown and tan bodies unfailingly unaccounted for and undiscovered, loitered across the Highway of Tears. Do we have liberty and justice?

As East Asians are viewed as caricatures, and are covertly encouraged to veil their nature while receiving sneers. All because of their “Asian-ness”, relegating themselves to perform to the appeasements of the masses so they are accepted and approved. Do we have liberty and justice? Generations are reintroducing the fruit of their ancestors and at a grave cost.

As statements loosed in frivolity, unpolished and concealing its raffish nature, “I feel terribly for the Jewish people…all they endured. But Black people, what they went through, too…I don’t have that same sentiment with them as I do towards the Jewish people and I don’t know why.” Are these statements laced with disillusionment as much as they are with dissociation regarding another’s turmoil so as to dart out like an arrow appearing to be repentance? A way to purge? To jettison that which is emotionally taxing all the while no real emotion is ever experienced? Is there liberty and justice?

As children undergo daily despoiling of their innocence and their lives altered due to barbarianism, while they go missing, while their brains are “unassumingly” sped up to cause disintegration before life ever be truly lived? Is there justice?

Where leaders and rulers have forbade the very vows of leadership, forsaking justice in its essential propensity, while they pervert those they are meant to aid, heal, protect, and serve. Is there liberty and justice? Yet the wherewithal to subvert justice may be staggeringly evident in the house of God

Pride and Blindness

The white sheets claimed Christianity.

Those with black leathers claimed justice – an attribute of Yahweh – against injustices while being active vigilantes.

Those clad with yellow straddle the fence if only to blend.

The goldens whose focus is to own gold abort their neighbors’ time of need.

At any juncture, at any stance, God has not been preeminent instead one’s own deities – self-focus and the deification of self. Humanism. Nonetheless, as it stands, the God of Israel, He of whom this nation’s pillars established Him as Head and the one and only, true God – it is He who we must reflect.

The proclivities of having lost the proximity of His presence that brings His blessings are resting, ruling, and abiding instead of His peace. Oh, how this nation has been satisfied from the smorgasbord of its deviancy! Within the bowels of those who claim His name is the very dissident echoes of injustice. These sounds aren’t as they had once been as it is even within this nation outside of Yahweh’s people. Now it’s hidden; it’s been repackaged. The bellows of injustice ring across the Atlantic and Pacific coasts unto the waters at the shores and in the deep, including the Great Lakes and the Gulf of Mexico.

They remember the acrimonious and acidic actions that continue to reproduce without the changing of course. These gross sounds strengthen the hold of Injustice’s tentacles that lay covered beneath the shorelines and sediment. Nonetheless, the dark entity lurks, awaiting to strike its victims, to inject with further injustice that breeds hatred. And with this, a generation who must harvest and perpetuate the burning embers of once before are prisoners to the sins of the past along with those remaining from time’s past. Forward progress and breakthrough are seemingly bleak.

We have glazed our own eyes to perceive from cataract-like purviews, where at the periphery of the people’s scope denies what cannot be personally felt. The lack of compassion for one’s brother, one’s neighbor. Here in this nation’s walls remain allegiances, pledges, and rituals from which sincerity is as distant as the Mariana Trench, Mount Everest, or outer space. The freedom songs and beliefs that circulate from the body’s self-inducing “happy pill” shade the heart of the matter – shades that which is verity and surety.

As one great man has written: All is vanity! Another great stated: A form of godliness lacking true completeness and wholeness. Yes, this great nation that can cheer for aspects of “wins” and certain justices emphatically refuses to make mention of the injustices that would cause its worldviews to be tested. That would challenge its values, or so we’ve distinguished as such.

What Are We Missing?

Live recordings of brutality televised as it had been outlawed sixty years ago – or has it? Is there justice. Has there been an unrecognizable, indistinguishable redirection in the innocent of past brutalities as they go about their days and life in this nation where now said brutalities are intercepted and interjected with: “He’s (she’s) a criminal! The law has been disobeyed! Therefore, justice has been rightfully served?” Is there ever a righteous means that the delicate eye-gates should witness and attest to the terrors against humanity? Have we hastened hell on earth? Have we indirectly welcomed the resurgence of the great void and nothingness?

To have half of the nation, not to mention many who should epitomize justice, hurl insults against the standard made complicit: Liberty and Justice for All! The division. The divisiveness injustice spreads. The denial that is resident and decorates the skin like leprosy of the American people within the U.S. borders. Where is justice?

When many nations worldwide banded in agreement of the atrocities within the U.S. witnessed as the U.S. people cohesively decided: Everyone else is wrong and we’re right! Rightness! To be right or to be compassionate? Which? The God of this nation is always right, and through those who seek Him, His righteousness becomes the standard like a stake unhinged clings to the ground’s dirt.

Though…it has been stated that Hitler wasn’t a hateful man, that is, it wasn’t hatred that was the motivator of his heinous acts. Rather, Hitler lacked compassion. From the shortage and scarcity of compassion, madness ensued – madness that would seek to extirpate an entire people. New generation that is emerging and all people of the U.S., hear me! In these latter days there isn’t a greater currency to exchange and use than that of love, mercy, and compassion – including true justice. As the days grow darker and dimmer, the light of the weightier things must be evident and will be the dividing line.

Familiarities to the Tribe of Benjamin

To the point of the nations across the globe’s outrage at the U.S.’s injustices, the historical records of the stubborn and contrary people of Benjamin, a tribe representing the last son of Jacob, caused the God of Israel to bring justice with judgment to them and their town byway of their own blood. What was Benjamin’s crime? Indifference! Intolerance – passive agreement. These things led rank of their inability to judge against injustices from their own loins in their own land. Any familiarities?

Benjamin dodged the reality and responsibilities of executing justice, he was utterly rallied against and defeated. Do we see people of the United States? That we would learn unity! Oh, that God would be merciful to the American people within the U.S. border and unto the nation. That God, Yahweh, would see the Lamb’s blood pled and posted around this nation’s borders. That God the Son, Yeshua, would speak a better word! Oh, that the people of God, the Ekklesia would awaken…truly!

And yet…there remains injustices to be prosecuted. The United States’ inability to cause justice to flow to the remaining nations on the North American continent. Today, the dream lives as we stand with our Canadian brothers and sisters. Today, the dream lives as we consider our Mexican brothers and sisters.

We partner with them in their sufferings, and we glory with them in their joys! The United States must realize and encourage this to our bordering nations: You, too, are Americans! And with the strength of the U.S.’s grace we must bless you with justice. We must bless you with our standing with you – not against you. Oh, the stinging pride injustice narrates and curates causing emotions and connections to be severed. That causes disregard for life, especially human life. Psychopathy! Narcissism! Machiavellianism!

A Word to the Emerging Generations Regarding the Dream

Today, the now generation must arise to fan into flame the testaments of the past. We are one! The people of God are one! The name United States of America signifies oneness; unity. Today, we fight for the dream – though burning in a frigid, inhospitable land – that it yet burns.

The dream that skin color and age do not disqualify.

The dream that cultures and customs are not disqualified.

The dream of unity and mending among the races – among the United States.

The dream that those who were born here, here first, shipped over, enslaved, mistreated, overruled, marginalized – today we will stand for liberty and justice for all!

Moreover, the dream that we aren’t daydreaming about this present darkness pervading around us; it is reality. The dream that topples self-righteousness; it tramples that which binds us from understanding others.

A Word to the United States of America

I beseech you by the tender mercies of Almighty God, Yahweh, the God of Israel and this nation: Awaken to compassion with justice! Awaken to reconciliation. Awaken to honor. Awaken to justice with compassion. We’re on the precipice of swift declining as glaciers meet and clash against each other then melt, causing ripples to wave across oceans. Or…we’re on the precipice of national awakening that will cause a global ripple effect whereby many come into awakening.

All Must Have Liberty and Justice

Dark skin, brown skin, café-au-lait people must have justice!

Foreigners must have justice lest we forget the orders and rule of God regarding foreigners among us.

The oppressed, children, widows, poor and needy, homeless, aborted, and orphans must have justice! India’s national people in America must have justice.

West Indie’s people in America must have justice! Women in America must have justice.

The Dream Still Persists

The dream still persists that children can dream they will be C.E.Os of corporations without downplaying the likelihood and odds due to their dialects and hues.

The dream still persists that women can lead with confidence and as effectively as a man.

The dream persists to birth the new sound which has a blend of the then sound.

We must choose this day that we will eradicate injustice that stalks in the shadows that is enmeshed within the foundations and roots of this nation. For it is when we recognize the injustices that have been at our own behests, we will witness the turnaround that justice brings – this nation’s true design: To promote and vehemently implement liberty and justice for all!

Oh, the standard isn’t archaic, brackish, or misaligned rather it is verity and surety as a declaration written in heaven for this nation and her people to develop. Liberty and justice must live. We must allow liberty and justice to breathe and breed the dream! Today, we make mention of all housed within these borders and outlined against these borders, and covet to lay the easy yoke – or justice rendered – upon them.
