I promised you’d get at least one more…well…here’s another.

An Unusually Thrilling Year

This year is quite different from prior years.

If you’ll remember from previous posts for Insights, Prophecies, and Revelations, I mentioned that this is the second half of the double-double that had been prophesied for 2022. In another post regarding Insights, Prophecies, and Revelations, I discussed that this is the first converging year of the decade.

Thrilling is defined as “causing great emotional or mental stimulation” (Merriam-Webster Online, 2022). Oh, the sights we’re meant to see, and the things we’re meant to experience.

The unusual element comes into play because of the convergence. Note: There is an explanation of convergence and prophetic convergence in Part 3 which you can locate here emergentarmyministries.co/2022/10/23/insights-prophecies-and-revelations-for-5783-2022-2023-part-3/.

The First Converging Year of the Decade

2023 is the first converging year of the decade. What exactly does that mean?

It means that portions of the remaining double in 2022 are spilling over into 2023…but only for a specific time.

There will be a significant shift from 2022’s persona, and we’ll thrust into full speed ahead into 2023’s persona. I sense this will occur around Passover 2023.

The Persona of 2023

Here are some themes I sense for 2023:

• Lushness. This is twofold:
  1. Like in Goshen when the Egyptians were oppressing the Hebrews, but God’s glory was on Goshen.
  2. Like Egypt when drought and famine were oppressing all other territories, including the Hebrews – Egypt had fatness.
  3. Now, there’s a word! How are we looking at and perceiving things is key for 2023 and beyond.
• Comfort. To know God as God the Comforter.
• Prophesy comfort to the world.
• Dream again!
• Hope again. It’s a hope-filled year…where hope is not only not deferred but it isn’t weighed down by impure motives.
• Conquer and conquest.
  1. Conquering and conquest to take land for occupying rather than warfare for warfare’s sake.
• The supernatural and the mystical.
  1. Welcome in those like Daniel and Ezekiel.
     • The seer gift will make a resurgence.
     • The watchman gift will come alive in a new way.
  2. Remember who was around Daniel, too, magicians and soothsayers. Remember those around Ezekiel, as well, a stubborn, apostate people.
• The troops of God are being charged, mustered, and rallied.
  1. Let’s be careful that we’re not like the troops who didn’t respond when it was time to go to battle.
  2. Leaders, let’s not forfeit the task(s) assigned to you due to fear.
  3. Leaders, let’s not forfeit the task(s) assigned to you due to lethargy or indifference.
• The least likely will emerge this year.
  1. Some of the least likely will find their places as leaders and voices at the table, e.g., Deborah, the judge.
  2. Some of the least likely will continue to be those whom the Lord uses in stealth for His purposes, e.g., Shamgar and Jael.
  3. New leaders and new voices will emerge of varied degrees regardless of age, color, disability, ethnicity, or nationality.
     • They will have gifts and skills needed for the hour, in-season giftings that are unusual; gifts and skills needed for the season and the years ahead.
       1. Let’s welcome them and not discourage, forbid, or impede them from ministering to us, the world, and God using their gifts for ours and the world’s profit.
     • Now, keep in mind, as God’s army is aligning and advancing, the dark kingdom’s army is also recruiting. New enemies will surface. Old enemies with heightened tactics will reappear.
• A year of confidence.
• A year of the extended springtime. Springtime is the season of change, newness, joy, and returning of beauty from what had died in the last two seasons. Note: This is spiritually speaking not naturally. I do not perceive the Spring months will be extended out of their normal run as it has always been.
• A year to ascend in the spirit realm in new dimensions and heights.
• A year to soar high with Jesus – to see Jesus as He is and bring that revelation to the world.
• A year to go!
• A year to evangelize.
• A year where an opened door for the lines of communication to be restored.
• A year of acceleration. Quickly know what to do, quickly understand what’s going on.
• A year to dominate times and seasons.
• A year to see a new face (mask [aspect]) of Jezebel. (Watch that word!).
• A year where women have equity.
• The first year of expansion – up and out. Growth. Increase. Spreading out. Advancing. Leadership. Influence. Blessing.

Note: As I am writing this I am divinely inspired in what I am sensing: new, new, new! New jobs! New careers. New upgrades. New promotions. New insights (definitely). New dreams and hopes.

Prophesying Through the Word

We can relate 2023 to:

1. Numbers (the entire book, especially chapter 1). We’re being assembled by God Himself into troops as an army.
2. Judges 3 – where 2022 ends.
3. Judges 4-5. I strongly feel that 2023’s essence will extend beyond the natural year.
4. I haven’t prophesied this here, but I have prophesied it before. God is raising up judges this decade. Judges are men and women who are either deliverers, overseers of some form of governing position and God’s people, or both.
   • These judges may be some of the least likelies or new leaders and voices we will see emerge. We’ll have to keep watching and then seize the moment when it arises.
5. Revelation 2 – the Thyatira church is key for us this season.
6. Ephraim.
   • Ephraim the son of Joseph, Ephraim the tribe, Ephraim as Israel, and Ephraim as the northern kingdom.
7. Isaiah 51. Comfort!
8. 1 Corinthians 12-14. We are a gifted people, an equipped army whom God is forming with various diversities, administrations, and purposes under the same God, same Lord (Jesus), and filled by the same Holy Spirit.
